Rajesh Krishnan is one of the most brilliant minds in the creative field. He is prominently known for his humour centric television commercials. He recently garnered a lot of praise for directorial debut, ‘Lootcase.’
A true blue Mumbaikar, Rajesh Krishnan belongs to a traditional Pallakad Iyer family from Mumbai’s Goregaon. Post pursuing a Bachelor’s in Commerce, he went onto complete his post graduation in advertising and communications from Narsee Monjee institute of management studies.

He developed a taste for meaningful content at a young age, Mel Brooks, Jacques Tati and the Coen Brothers being his inspirations. He has also worked his way with words being a copywriter for various eminent firms like Contract, Enterprise Nexus and O&M.
In the year 2007, along with Producer Ameya Dahibhavkar, Rajesh founded Soda Films, a boutique advertising production house. His directorial skills for TVF’s critically acclaimed web series’ ‘Tripling’ was highly appreciated.
Rajesh Krishnan co-wrote and directed ‘Lootcase’ in the year 2020. His company Soda Films co-produced the film along with FoxStar Entertainment. Theatrical release was pushed owing to the pandemic and the movie was finally remeaed on Disney+Hotstar.
